Endless Create — SR-01 Byaki “White Ghost” · Shurodao Series | MGSD-Style Model Kit + Expansion Set

The SR-01 Byaki is the opening entry in Endless Create’s Shurodao series, and it earns its place as a first release. Framed as a MGSD-style reinterpretation of Gundam Bael from Iron-Blooded Orphans, Byaki — the White Ghost — brings a predatory design language to the SD format: sharp armour layering, extended claw units, a predominantly white colour scheme broken by deep blue and vivid orange accents, and proportions that carry genuine visual weight at 14 cm. The pre-coated finish on the main body delivers clean, accurate colour separation out of the box, and a variable colour headlamp adds an interactive element to the completed display.

What makes the SR-01 a considered purchase rather than a straightforward SD pick-up is the dual-configuration system. The base kit ships with a single inner frame and two complete interchangeable outer armour sets, allowing builders to construct either Gundam Bael or the Barbatos Lupus Rex in full — not partial approximations, but dedicated armour configurations for each mobile suit on one shared skeleton. The Expansion Set extends this further: a second inner frame and additional outer armour parts allow both configurations to be displayed simultaneously, fully built and posed independently, without disassembly.

The first-batch weapon accessories — wing thruster unit, metal bellows, double sword, giant hammer, and extended claws — reinforce the kit’s display ambitions and give builders meaningful posing range across both configurations. For MGSD-format collectors with an attachment to the IBO line, this is one of the more structurally interesting releases the third-party market has produced in the format.
