DSPIAE — MK Soft-Tipped Marker Pen

An eco-friendly acrylic marker with a soft sponge tip, built for fast, forgiving detail work on plastic, resin, and metal surfaces. The specially developed sponge nib lets you freely vary line thickness in a single stroke — pressing lighter for fine panel-line accents, or using the side of the tip to cover a larger flat area evenly. It’s especially useful for quick weathering, edge highlights, and touch-ups where a brush would be slower or less precise.

Coverage improves when the surface is lightly sanded (around 1000 grit) or pre-primed, and mistakes are easy to correct — the acrylic ink wipes away cleanly with alcohol, giving far more room for error than paint. Once you’re happy with the result, a topcoat locks it in and protects the finish. To keep the tip from drying out between uses, store the marker capped, and re-moisten with a touch of alcohol if it starts to feel dry.
